Caribbean Skills Bank FAQs
Your CV/ resume and any other information you place in your profile will only be seen by companies and organisations seeking your skills base. The website links allow a potential employer to view whatever information you have placed in your profile eg your experience, work contacts, social media links and any professional information material you have uploaded about yourself.
There is a cut-off date for when you can have your information deleted from the database. This allows you to opt out of the skills database when you want.
Of course the Caribbean has a highly-educated workforce to cater to its current and future needs. The aim of the Caribbean Skills Bank is to provide a wider pool for Caribbean governments, organisations and companies to check out, starting with its Diaspora.
Access to our service will be free for your first three/ six months after registering. After that, we’ll invite you to subscribe for continued access to opportunities in the Caribbean. If you’re only offering your skills on a volunteer basis, we will waive any subscription fee.
